I'm looking for a couple of recipes. One for whole wheat pancakes, and the other for a chocolate cake. I found one for the pancakes, but it called for a half cup of butter. I was hoping for something a little more nutritious. As for the cake, I want it to have pudding swirled in it and chocolate chips. I found one with sour cream in it too. Is that weird? And I'd rather use a box mix in it. I guess any simple and yummy recipe would work. I probably can't ask for a nutritious cake recipe, but something with apple sauce instead of oil would be nice.
