I believe the screw holes on the Dell aren't standard ATX. You may have to drill into your chassis, thereby voiding your warranty if you do so (I believe). If it's out of warranty then by all means go ahead. If not then look into how much a Dell one costs.
If con is the opposite of pro, then what's the opposite of progress?
I think it's a standard ATX PSU but I'm not so sure.

On my 4700, the new power supply screwed in fine. I am just having this problem.
