ok I think they are on 94.1 right? If so I guess they do arbitron ratings based on stations as a whole. I thought arbitron did morning shows as well but I don't think so...but 94.1 is the 8th most popular radio station in san diego...number 1 is surprisingly KSON.

Good Morning All- I'm sorry to correct you Sheens, but you are reading the ratings incorrectly. Click on the WI07 header to place stations in ranking order KIFM is #1 and KMYI is #6 in overall ranking. If you click on the 'Station' header it will show you the top station 6am-Mid-morning.

No its fine I am glad you corrected me. I just looked at it quickly. I know they update the ratings twice a year in the spring and fall so that means the new arbitron ratings should be coming out in the next month or so...

Umm, no. Ratings are done quarterly. Note the headers WI-Winter, SP-Spring, SU-Summer, FA-Fall.

Oh at the bottom of the page i read this:

Data are not available for this station/survey. This happens primarily in two-survey-per-year markets where data are released only in Spring and Fall.

But, I think when I learned about it a couple semesters ago my teacher used my city as an example and I'm in a small market. I forgot larger markets do it more often...oops. Glad you're here to correct me =)

Found this on an internet search and just had to say Kree's fingers/nails creep me out! I never realized the horse resemblence people refer to until this picture. Maybe I will find more "interesting" stuff.

Just turned the showgram on, pretty sure its a "best of" again. The show starts at 6 am right?

They are talking about words that people pronounce wrong that drives them crazy. What a lame segment. I really hope this isn't a "best of" cause this is bad bad radio.

Words that bug Jeff and Jer that people say wrong:

Delana isn't doing the news someone from KOGO is, pretty sure this is another "best of"...or more like "best of the worst", or just "worse of the worse"

I've only had my radio on for 10 minutes and already have sat through two sets of commercials...seriously, there should be some sort of rule you can only play so many minutes of commercials an hour, this is ridiculous.

And yet another commercial. It's been about 9 minutes since the last commercial, I'm done. I just wanted to figure out if it was a best of show....I'd be so pissed if I was a fan of the show and driving to work and heard this garbage.

Hope everyone is driving safe, I heard the traffic report is bad due to rain.

When they were talking about kids growing up and not wanting to hang out with their parents, and Laura was bragging about how C still begs to hang out with her...

I hear being an absent parent that gets high/drunk/goes out and parties can make a kid kinda clingy when you actually are around...

wait till her kids get older...I have this feeling she could end up being wild again in her attempts to seem cool....she will want to be the cool mom who let's the kids drink in the house. Just like Tommy will be the cool dad who let's Eddie's girlfriend stay the night....I predict in the next 5 years he will be grandpa little tommy

Cause nothing screams mature parents then a 12 year old sleeping and having kids together. I'm sure Tommy would be the type of parent who would tell Eddie that condoms don't give you the full sensation...

But speaking of kids having kids, does anyone get annoyed when teenagers are pregnant and the parents are excited? That drives me crazy.

If I had a kid that was pregnant and still in high school I would be pissed. I would not be happy to be a grandparent, I'd learn to accept the situation but I would not be jumping up and down in excitement. *I know someone who recently did this after finding out their teenage son was going to be a dad*

And will Randy ever have a kid? I think he has the potential to be a good dad. At least him and the child would like the same toys.

It's true what you say about Tommy's idea of stepping up to the plate. The sad thing is he will regret not spending time with the kids later on in life. One day he will wake up and his kids will be 30 and he will think to himself "When did Vanessa become an adult?" Then he will try to have a relationship with Vanessa and she won't want a relationship with him because he waited too long in life to seek her. These people *and not just Tommy, but the parents who are just like Tommy* don't get it. The less you are involved in your child's life the less they will want you involved in their life when they are older...

Tommy has no clue what kind of damage he is doing in regards to the relationship he has with his kids. It's pathetic.
