Yeah, that's what I was thinking yesterday when he was ordering it. I kind of missed some of it this AM but from what I did hear, it sounded like this whole breakfast plan was kind of backfiring on them. Unless this is one of their usual bits and it's not actually true. I kind of wished I had heard the whole thing. They can't find something closer to get breakfast? Didn't they say it was about 6 miles away?

I thnk Jeff has probably talked a whole lot with B deAngeles off air on all his issues, and they avoided them.

I think the Tommy thing was right on, but not the entirety of his problem. I bet they didn't EVEN get into why he has to cheat on all the women in his life.

I don't even want to hear what Laura's issues are. Unless they are going to mean that she is leaving the show.

If 5 people split it, thats about $8.60 per day. Pretty steep. Im sure it is part of a bit though. What is $8.60 when u make 3 million though.

    Thumbs down Jer sucks

Jer is such a Jerk!! If you tell someone you are going to be a personal reference for a job, well then you are supposed to say something nice. I wish the guy who just got screwed by Jer's lousy reference could be contacted and told what a jerk Jer is. It would be great if he could be sued, but I don't think he said anything defamatory.

If someone gave a reference like that to me for a potential employee, - there is NO WAY in he!! that I would even consider the applicant. References that are "given/referred by the applicant" are ALWAYS expected to be the biggest cheerleaders for the applicant, so what he did was really crappy.

I guess he figures, he has his big contract all buttoned up, so why should he have to follow through on a promise he made someone he knew 20 years ago.

I hope at least we can witness the karma kick his butt on air~he deserves it.

I don't really see a problem with what Jerry did. He told the truth and that's it. The future boss asked what he thought but instead of doing harm he basically replied that he couldn't remember. If the guy couldn't make a better friend in 20 years, then I think that speaks for itself. You can really get in too much trouble if you tell the truth.

Anyone else catch a remark they said on Friday in reference to them not being able to do something now but they will be able to in 4 years and 360 days? I'm guessing the contract they signed with 94.1 is a 5 year deal and after 5 years they are for sure calling it quits. Jeff will be 55 years old and Jer will be 59!

    Laura

What was the bit on Friday where she was playing the "poor mouth" only had $7.00+ left in the checking account and Dave telling her not to spend any money. Then today she talks about the 4 pairs of sunglasses she bought at the 99¢ Store plus toys over the weekend. What a crock!

That was about Tommy doing a radio show with Barbara D'Angeles--I beleive Tommy asked why she wasn't in radio anymore and she mentioned doing a radio show with him and J&J said he could do one with her in 4 years and 360 days.

I haven't really listened to J&J since the move. I thought Randy moved with them. I only heard Rick and Laura.

I guess it's just me, J&J is not that funny anymore.

Totally disagree with you. I think J&J are back on target again. Some things I have noticed that are different on the show....both Laura and Randy play much lesser roles. Laura no longer does, news or traffic. Randy seems to be more administrative and in the background....and haven't figured out what the heck Rick does any more.

I agree they are getting their "funny" back, it's been so long. I think Laura is still doing news, because yesterday Jeff was joking about the "news" she was reading he asked if the old station got news from the associated press and that the new station is getting it from the enquirer.

When they were discussing their trip, they all were guessing what couple would be in a fight first. Jer said "oh, probably Tommy and what's her name? Sasha" He said "yea, Tommy will fight with Sasha and have to sleep on the lobby sofa. Wow! he doesn't waste any time

I think this party for Jeff for his birthday is so neat...wish I could go, too! That sounds like a really good time...well, except when they have to rush to Jeff's house to have cheese and beer....before they go out and really party at the pizza place!

I know I want to go to! They should bring a digital recorder along and do some segments from there. Pretty nice of Jerry to pick up the bill too.

I have to agree, I have found for awhile now that J&J aren't all that funny anymore. I have been switching back and forth to other radio talk shows and have found some to be funnier and more entertaining. I will say though, that J&J do wonderful to help with the community and to address worthy causes.

    The goggles do nothing!

Is anyone else disgusted at the nipple lineup they have on their web site?

And she used to diss country all the time when she was on Star. Guess she got tired of not having a paycheck. LOL

I thought the first one was Laura's until I read it was only the guys' nipples. That is just too weird.

    Announcement

Cindy Spicer said that someone on the morning show got down on his knee...again! Tommy or Jeff?? Jeff just told us how in love he is and we all have a good idea how fickle Tommy is.

I bet it's Randy...they were trying to talk him into proposing on Jeff's B-day.

It definitely wasn't Tommy as they revealed today that the engagement is off and she gave him the ring back. I wonder if she kept the Lincoln Navigator for having to put up with him. Speaking of which, has Tommy really gotten that big??? From that photo of him in Ohio, it sure looks like he's packed on the lbs

They sure are dragging it out
    My guess is Jeff.

Didn't My941 promised "less commercials means more J&J"?

Oh, I forgot they are Star 941 now, they don't have to keep the promise My941 made.
