someone just cut-n-pasted the eyes from their sockets onto the cheeks. if you look at his left eye, you can see where it's a little sloppy.

most are.. Almost every "Sign" you see in email or on the internet is an obvious fake.. and has the distinctive pixelations near the chopped or added segments.
