yea...i got my new ride *pix*

actually, i got it last friday, but i finally got around to taking pix of it today...the spoiler's a bit "rice" but i think it looks better than w/o (but that's my opinion, and i'm the one who has to ride around in it)

it's a brand spankin new 2006 5sp rsx, black on black leather interior...it's pimp!!!...(with the way gas is going and insurance premium, i couldn't justify the type-s)

nice!!! you're right about the spoiler being a bit ricey. i would prefer one that's lower, but i suppose that would interfere with your rearview.

by the way, what's new in the 2006 RSX compared to 2005?

nothing...price and HP (but i read somewhere that the horsepower is rated lower just because of the standardization/calibration of specifications)

Um...why is there nestle's morsels in the Victoria's secret bag? Shouldnt the outfit in the bag be good enough?

Congrats on your car. I can understand the insurance worry but I dont think there is that much of a gas difference between the two. As for the spoiler....it does spoil the look.

my girl and i just got back from the mall, she wanted some cookies, but what's in the bag isn't all that interesting, it's just hair care crap...

as far as the economics of my decision, there's a 300 dollar difference in my 6-month premium which translates to a 50 dollar difference monthy...sure on paper the gas and insurance difference doesn't seem alot (and the 2000 difference in price tag spread over finanacing doesn't look like a lot either)...but i had to account for just being in school for the next 3 years and only working a limited amount of hours...that's why i couldn't justify getting a type-s...if things were a bit different, i'd definatly go for the type-s...if not a TL

LOL. A bit of an understatment. That thing is like 4 feet tall. What's the point? Otherwise, good pick.

Nice car. I got a silver RSX. and i love it. Although i heard the leather wasn't that good.. well at least in so cal it is kinda sticky and not such a good time.
But if you are happy, then awesome. I was tempted on the Type -S, but insurance said, danger...

Pretty nifty. RSX = great little car. (but for my taste, no spoiler in my rear view)

Yeah, Acura started using SAE Rev.4 so it shows up at 155 instead of 160. Same power though.

Very nice car! Looks like you sprung for the alum. shift knob too
