The first Monday in October is Founder's Day at the San Diego Zoo. What that means for you is that they have free admission all day long on Monday, October 3rd. They stop letting people in around 4:00 and close the park at 6:00 pm.

Kid's Free Days
October 1 thru 31
The San Diego Zoo was founded October 2, 1916, so October is a very special month for us! We celebrate by offering free admission to children ages 3 to 11, when accompanied by an adult, during the entire month of October.
Thanks! We used this and saved a bunch!Originally Posted by sixpac shakur
