    Amazon's policy regarding bootlegs

I ordered a DVD off Amazon (or rather, one of the sellers on Amazon since the site itself didn't have it in stock), and it is clearly a bootleg. Nowhere on the page that had the sale information listed did it mention anything about an import version or bootleg, and the picture on the page was the legit version (with the blue slipcase cover).

Basically I received a slim DVD case, and the paper insert is sealed in a Chinese packaging.

Is there anything Amazon can do about this, or am I screwed?

Should have clarified -- this was Amazon.ca (and I can't find their number anywhere on www.amazon.ca)
