So, many many months, phone calls, and emails have been sent, and I still haven't even received a personal response from anyone much less my order.

I buy many things online and have always been satisfied even when things don't work exactly right, but this outfit will not even personally respond to my requests for information about my orders. The only thing I get is a generic response that says, "Wait till next month."
