    are we ever going to ease up on these restrictions? i mean, does that pic really load slow for dial uppers? that's the issue, right?

    could a dial up internet person tell me if that pic loads slow?

    Picture sizes were upped from 150kb to 200kb a few months ago and even then we still give leeway.

    There really is no excuse for an 840kb image being posted and not linked.

    Size restriction will be lifted when bandwidth is free.
