The last I heard, Taco Bell prepares their meat by boiling plastic bags full of frozen taco meat in large kettles in the bag. I know that when I used to work at a restuarant (which shall remain nameless), the taco meat on the buffet was prepared the same way. As for the beans, I'm guessing that they come frozen in large plastic buckets, although I could see powder being used to make them.

Personally, I only like chulupa for Taco Bell, specially they are like 99cents for each one. Otherwise I'll go for Del Taco. It's bigger.
