    Crazy weather in Canada!!

Wow! Im just curious if our neighbours to the south are having crazy weather this time of year. Yesterday morning we woke up and it rained all day and was pretty mild temperature for this time of year. Last week the temperature was -32 degrees celsius with the windchill factor. Yesterday it had to be above 0 degrees because it was raining. We wake up today and we are in the middle of a snowstorm.....is this the apocalypse??

Just thought I should mention that I really, really hate winter....

I like long walks, especially when they are taken by people who annoy me.

i went skiing a couple of years ago to canada it was -30 and at the peak of Mont Saint Anne it was -50 with the wind chill factor. It was freaking great, with all the snow and the fun. I personally have nothing against that kind of weather But then again i'm russian

But then again you're clever enough to go and play in that weather and then go home someplace more tolerable (Wow, first time I've ever said that about New York!) Seriously, I love skiing as well. When I want to deal with snow I get on a plane and go playing. When done I get my frostbitten ass outta there.

And there is no way anyone can convinse my that a temp that starts with a minus sign is fun for anything.

Well, I had to use sunblock (and lots of it) this weekend. It was in the low-80s. We had a cold front blow in last night, so it's a little rainy and mid 70's. Florida coastline has its advantages too.

It's getting colder (CA standard) here at night and early morning. During the day, we still get 70s and 60s (Fahrenheit).

Living in San Diego we look forward to winter, which I understand to occur sometime durring the third week of January this year. It's supposed to be cold (40ish degrees F) all three days.

Last week, we were getting temps around 65 degrees Farenheit -- now we're at 10F with a few inches of snow on the ground.

...and I work outside (brrrrrrr). Thank goodness things are looking up, and I might have a new (indoor) job to start the new year.
