I saw this code listed on the Jack message board too...it's the VIN from a vehicle that anyone can get and enter. I can't confirm the VIN, but it seems legit for all. But as usual, use at your own risk.

The second annual Festival Del Mar presented by San Elijo Hills returns to the infield of the Del Mar Racetrack on Saturday, September 23rd and Sunday, September 24th with a line-up even stronger than last year featuring George Thorogood and the Destroyers and Cake as the 2006 headliners. This year’s Festival Del Mar will once again feature a diverse musical line-up of more than forty bands on four stages covering Rock, Pop, Hip Hop, Reggae, Blues, Jazz, Hawaiian and more.
Tickets for Festival Del Mar officially go on-sale Thursday, August 10th at all Ticketmaster Outlets. Prior to Thursday, the general public can still purchase the Festival Del Mar two-day pass for only $55. After that point, the two-day pass will be $65.
