I know, but after putting $111 in the car & truck yesterday for gas, I can't afford anymore bills. I am out rounding up bottles & cans to take to the recycler.

Seems that the cost of gas to take the cans for recycling may not be worth it...time to consider trading in the truck for fuel-efficiency (something I would recommend to anyone who's not in a business that needs a truck!)

Dog - I take them to a recycler where I am running my weekly errands. Otherwise, I wouldn't mess with it. We try not to drive the truck except when we both have to work in different places. We carpool to save, but it's still expensive

Good job, then...it sounds like you're doing your part

This whole gas thing is annoying, especially when you consider that other places around the world pay significantly less, and we have supplies available right around the corner (underground L.A., Texas, etc.))

I have signed up for the text messages from 100.7 a few months ago, and still never have gotten even one. I have tried to sign up a couple more times, but each time I get the message I am already signed up.

For sister station KFMB 760 it was the same thing...then a couple of weeks ago they started coming, but even then it is only one every few days. The one I received earlier today was the first one in a week.

You're not the only one.. I signed up for text messages and used to get them from 760kfmb every week or so. Then all of a sudden, it stopped, and it's been months since I got one...
