    visor extender?

    is there any kind of aftermarket thing to make a visor extend lower while the sun's setting?

    my coworker is in need.

    sunglasses. =)

    lower seems like it could be dangerous. you could do a little makeshift home thing with cardboard and ruberbands. might not be all that pimpin, but could work.

    i agree with attgig. get sunglasses. lowering the visor would obstruct your view

    Why not just put a 6 inch tint strip at the top of the windshield... one that is darker than the "factory tint" if the vehicle already has one.

    The visors on my jeep are just about the most worthless POS ever made. In fact, i think the "extenders" are bigger than my visors

    He said the "visor" so it is assumed that he was talkin' about the FRONT windshield ... not the side window.

    Side windows get full tinting if sun is a problem...

    Not here in CA, unless you want a ticket. You can only tint BEHIND the driver's window.

    Nah.. just look forward if the sun is too your left.

    Besides... as I stated before, both of my vehicles have tint... so it's not a problem for me.
