and why does he have his own show?

i've heard his name mentioned here and there and seen his name tossed around the internet, but i still have no clue how he got so much attention.

anyway, i was driving home tonight, listening to loveline, and he happened to be dr. drew's guest. now, i don't know how old this kid is, but he sounded like he was drunk off his ass, and this of course led to extreme obnoxiousness.

i swear, if i ever met this kid in person, i would smack the sh** out of him and send him to boarding school.

someone wanna fill me in here? because if there's something great about this kid, i'm not seein it...

The name Andy Milonakis invokes an image of an obnoxious 16 year old who looks like he’s had his share of Twinkies growing up and has not quite caught on to the fact that plaid flannel shirts have been out since the early nineties.





However, this perception is partially wrong. Andy Milonakis is not 16- The dude’s actually 29 years old! And College Wit is Not Pulling this out of our ass- Both the IMDB and the Birth Data Base verify that Andy Milonakis was born in 1976!

Andy Milonakis began his “career” as a minor internet star, shooting random videos of himself and posting them on the internet until he hit it big on the internet with His Superbowl Is Gay video featured here. Many feel that the super bowl video launched him into stardom and was the ultimate precursor to him scoring his self titled ‘The Andy Milonakis Show’ on MTV.

While some of us are still in a conundrum over how someone of such lacking physical attractiveness whose humor manifests itself in everything from the stupid to the pointless could score a show on MTV, the answer lies in the black and white credits at the end of the show.

If you take note, you’ll read that Jimmy Kimmel is one of the creators of the Andy Milonakis show as well as one of the producers. (Note: a producer is one who gives money for a show to air, so without this dude, there is no show).

Interestingly enough, a “Jonathan Kimmel” presumably a relative of Jimmy Kimmel is also listed as an Executive Producer of the Andy Milonakis show.

College Wit’s point is that Jimmy Kimmel is related to Andy Milonakis! The dude got his show because of whom he is related to. That’s right- Andy Milonakis’ success is a product of nepotism rather than any profound natural talent!

While such blatant nepotism may undermine the value of quality television and entertainment, College Wit has just one very important observation to make in ANDY’S DEFENSE: How much ASS do you think an Overweight 29 year old Loud Mouth who has the face and the voice of a demented 16 year old actually scores?

SO just be happy you’re young, not too physically imploded and look your age.

Damn that's a lot of hate. I actually think he's funny. The videos that he put out on the web before he "made it big" were pretty random and many times entertaining. But I can see how he could get on peoples nerves

yeah, i suppose so. but i don't listen to it very often at all, and the only other person i can think of that was even close to being as obnoxious as AM was andy dick. the way AM was acting on loveline last night was kinda similar to the way steve-o was acting on corolla's show in that one clip; maybe not quite as bad, but along the same lines...
