I've been the last few years. I am not that into comics but it's a lot of fun!

You missed two years in a Row? They where their in 04 and 05. I went to both panels with them

I'm planning on going to a con here in Ohio this year. First timer. I'm going in costume.

I won tickets for the show from a local radio station last year, so went for the first time. I have not seen any contests for this year...yet.

Are those "Membership Prices" how much it costs to get in- $50 to $65? It might be fun to go take some pictures but I am not a big enough fan to spend that kind of money. Maybe I will watch out for contests too.

They have 1 day passes that cost a lot less than that. And some other discounts and contests.. I go on military.. So its really cheap..

The price you stated sounds like the price for all days of the con.

Every year I plan on going, every year I end up missing it. Sort of like the car shows.

The sad thing is back east I used to hit the comic cons and the dog/cat shows every year. Never been to an official car show.

I buy a 4day pass for next years con each year. It's $40 or $50. It's worth it for 4 days of entertainment.

I go, but usually free. I'll pay though, if I don't win any. The prices quoted are for all four days.

I go for all 5 days (get to go on wednesday if you sign up early for all 4) And I go on a Military Discount so it's definately worth it to me. This year I have to pass out some print media though.

Not going there, but will be at the Comic and Magic nightclub (already sold out) at Hermosa Beach 3/17. Then I'll cruise up to LA (Ceritos) for the Vaudeville acts over the weekend. Harry is hosting both, and I have friends in SD.

Speaking of conventions, looks like the international auto show is here in NYC next month. Maybe I'll go check it out. I've never been to an auto show before.
