not too long ago, i got a fixit ticket for my registration because i need to get a smog check. unfortunately, i think i've misplaced the ticket, and i'm not sure about the date that i'm supposed to have taken care of it by (whoa, awkwardly worded sentence).
anybody know of a way, online or otherwise, where i can check/verify the status of my ticket? btw, i'm in CA, and to clarify, this wasn't a parking ticket; it was given to me by a cop who pulled me over.

You can go to the courthouse that it was issued for and they will have a record of it.
Or in the case of my last ticket.. They will have never recieved the ticket and you pay nothing

When that happened to me, I went to the Police Depeartment for a duplicate printout of the ticket. They did mail it out to me and then I did what I had to from there. Good Luck
