I mean, I like the idea of 10% off and free shipping/no tax on the kid, but what kind of return policy do they have? Say I get the kid, but it turns out he can't make a layup, and I bought him because I wanted a star athlete child...what kind of recourse do I have? Are you guys in good with this company to help me resolve such a dispute?

I prefer these guys. You might be able to pricematch to them as they charge a reoccuring monthly charge with no preset amount of time. Low Price and No contracts.
