Alrighty then. I've been getting harrassed by a bunch of different people here wondering where I've been and why haven't I been posting and what not. Well here's the scoop.
I was approached by the FBI back in October and asked if I would like to help bust the check scammers by acting as bait, allowing me to get closer to these people and get them arrested and hopefully help stop the fraud. So, I've been taking as many as 6-7 checks a week and "cashing" them for these people, while filling out all the paper work for the FBI. I finally got so close to one of the scammers that last month, he came to San Diego, and was immediately taken into custody. Good job right? WRONG!
Okay, lemme see a show of hands on who all actually believed 1 word of all the bullsh?t I just said!
Actually, I got my settlement, and to make a very long story short, I cashed the check, became a very mean and evil (more than normal) person, pretty much blew all the money, realized that I was even more mean and evil than usual, walked away with even MORE debt than I had before I got the settlement money, and decided that the old saying is right. Money IS the root of all evil.
But I'm back, and now you all will be seeing a lot more of me again!
