Looks like fun! Thanks again!
The next puzzle is up.
Cheesy marketing, I know, but still... I love puzzles.

Todays puzzle was... umm... lame. I think they'll get some pretty decent ones before it's all said and done though... looking forward to those.
I'm sure before too long they'll start seperating the men from the boys from the friendly users of G|A?!
I mean c'mon, we all know we are going to share the answers as needed to help our fellow G|A'ers.
Spigs, you MFR#1N!
Yah, I thought yesterday's was pretty easy too, like you, I think they'll get harder as the game goes on.

i think they just have all the easy ones to entice ppl to play, and it'll get harder as the days continue...
I hope so. It would be sucky if they all ended up so easy.

Ok, the newest puzzle is up.
I've got the answers to two and three, but not one. I've always called it a fleur de leaf. Apparently I've been wrong all these years. Not. There just must be another name for it.
Any help out there?
*** edited with the answer ***
Oh heaven above.
Ok, totally in French: fleur de lis (not leaf). My bad.

Another puzzle is up. This one is SUPER easy. They need to start getting harder 'cause this could begin to suck.

I'm impressed that for each day, there are multiple puzzles. I did the chess one about a dozen times (ignoring the multiple choice and focusing on the chess moves only)

Yah and see I was the opposite with that puzzle. I don't know for chess and even if I did I can't imagine I'd be very good so I depended upon the questions only.Originally Posted by MrGreg

Crap. I can't answer two today's three questions. I've got the middle answer, but not the fist and third.
The thing outta the ground looks like a sun shape and the last one I keep thinking is ark or faith or something like that....but I've been wrong so far.
Has anyone gotten it yet?

octagon![]()
Sweet man, thanks. Any clue on the last one? It's really starting to tick me off.Originally Posted by hapoo

Son of a biscuit eater! Cheese and rice!
You gotta do a google vid search for "Silas" and then watch a specific movie clip and THEN you can hear what will be broken.
Silence.
Ugh. Butt tards.

Hmm... I cant get into todays puzzle. Just locks up after loading 50%.
Spigs, you MFR#1N!
That would be a lot easier if I had sound here. I got the first 2 answers from the video, alone.Originally Posted by cadetevon

I was annoyed by that puzzle.
I must have typed variations of water or liquid for the second question about 60 times before just googling the answer and being like "wtf"... sorry, not a christian. The first one also annoyed me because that shape does not fit the definition of an octagon, nor is it the object as it's described in the book (I used Amazon's "search in the text" feature and the object is solely described as a "roughly hewn tablet").
Maybe I've gotten too used to Google's spot-on accuracy with everything else. Or I'm wrong and/or crazy.
Ya, they are being a bit vague with the fill in the blank answers.

Today's geography game was suck butt.
We should have been asked something about the city or the museum... not some watermarked cross. Bah.![]()
Yvonne
Funny: My Next Wife.
Yeah, that was annoying.
Off in La La Land
Allright, I give... wheres the cross?
Spigs, you MFR#1N!
Juuuuust up and to the left of the museum. It's crap, 'cause you can hardly see it.Originally Posted by IrishSS

OK Google, enough of your no more valid pairs.
Up until this puzzle I was able to just click-click-click, but Sunday's puzzle, I had to actually work out. First time that I've had to actually think while doing one of these.Originally Posted by Ben_Williams
