I know ABC.com has free episodes from the previous week. Shows like "Lost" and "Desperate Housewives". It's pretty cool! I discovered it just last night! So, if you missed an episode, you can catch it throughout the week. I think they store one episode from each show and replace it with the new one each week. But, it's better than nothing!
