Just about all of them are the "ice" and "low alcohol" beers. I know a fair amount of the non-alcoholic beers stink, but Mrs Kevster likes the one from Becks - Buckler, I think. (Mrs. Kevster can't drink alcohol - she would like to, but she can't due to a very bad reaction with her meds).

My small adventures, my fears.
The small ones that seemed so big,
For all the vital things I had to get and to reach.

And the light that fills the world.

Cool trivia: non-alcoholic beer can be up to 1 proof and still be considered non-alcoholic beer.
i see Michelob Ultra is on the list. that stuff is nasty. on a brighter note Michelob Ultra Amber, for those who are shooting for low carb, is a bit better.
I'm going to stick with Johnnie, heh.
ha ha! Pabst is knockin on the top 10 door.
there are pictures, but no,nothing happens on my site.
Beverages like "Ice" or the Baccardi and Smirnov drinks are sweetened malt liquors. Malt liquors used to be mostly for serious alcoholics and bums since they could get more buzz for their buck. Now they have added sweet flavors to try to sell them to women. "Wine coolers" are the same thing.
Non- alcoholic beer can contain up to 0.5 percent alcohol. It is nearly impossible to eleminate all of it produced during fermentation. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non-alcoholic_beer

That may be true, but I wouldnt believe a word on wikipedia. I personally know people that have submitted information on biology/chemistry/medical sections of wikipedia. Some of their information was not completely correct. I have also found things that were just out right wrong. This is just a tip for using wikipedia, dont want anyone to get screwed using it.Originally Posted by zippyjuan

i agree. i used to think of wikipedia as a good reliable source, but it's a wiki after all.Originally Posted by modena

I was noticing the same thing which quite frankly, I think some of the "normal" beers on there. But Im not sure why the non-alcoholics are even on there, even if they do have some level of alcohol.Originally Posted by Kevster

Hey, I mentioned the nonalcoholic beer factoid first. Anyhow, in this case Wiki is correct. Wiki is better for somethings than others. Wiki's fine to site (because it has related info) as long as you've looked into the particular point you are making.
Yes it is most certainly useful, I use it several times a week. But to site it in say a scientific paper....that is looked at very badly. I just wanted to throw that out there, I have seen many peers that have been told in front of a class that wiki is totally unacceptable as a source.Originally Posted by InfiniteNothing
And I will restate. I do use it and I think it is particularly good.

Oh yeah. I wouldn't use it for any thing offical. By the same token I'm not going to hit the research library to prove something just to win the "special olympics"
lol exactly!

Each religion has got their own way of making you feel like a victim. The Christians say 'you are a sinner', and you better just zip up your trousers and give the money to the pope and we'll give you a room up in the hotel in the sky.
